KCE, the Belgian Health Care Knowlegde Centre, is an independent research centre that provides scientific advice on topics related to health care. The topics are generally asked for by the public authorities (Minister / Ministry of Public Health, NIHDI), universities, professional associations, etc..

EUnetHTA is the European network for Health Technology Assessment with more than 20 member states participating. The overall objective of the network is to bring together (national or regional) HTA agencies, research institutes and policy makers and to establish a collaboration at European level.
